HAX: Increasing charter capital

     The Board resolution dated June 08, 2021, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved to raise its charter capital from VND367,443,990,000 to VND477,669,820,000 due to the stock issuance to pay dividend with 11,022,583 shares.
