On June 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the dossiers of registration for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2020, including the following documents:

1)      Report on the stock issuance to pay dividend;

2)      Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend;

3)      Audited financial statements in 2020;

4)      Financial statements in Quarter 1/2021;

5)      Other documents.
