The Board resolution dated June 07, 2021, the BOD of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the additional purchase of shares of Tien Giang Wind Power Joint Stock Company with total value of VND300,000,000,000 to increase charter capital of Tien Giang Wind Power Joint Stock Company from VND490,000,000,000 to VND790,000,000,000.
