DNSC: Board resolution on results of exercising share purchase rights

On June 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Da Nang Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving results of exercising share purchase rights to the existing shareholders with the record date of June 21, 2021:

-          Number of shares offered to the existing shareholders: 84,000,000 shares

-          Number of shares bought by the existing shareholders: 83,890,268 shares

-          Number of remaining shares: 109,733 shares

2. Approving to extend the payment time for the existing shareholders who registered to buy shares: from June 24, 2021 to 17:00, July 05, 2021.

3. Approving to offer the remaining shares:

-          Number of remaining shares: 109,733 shares

-          Buyer: Encapital Holdings

-          Offering price: VND10,100/share

-          Payment time for share purchase: from June 24, 2021 to 17:00, July 05, 2021.
