CTF: Change of personnel

City Auto Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Minh Tam as a member of BOD in the term 2020-2024 as from March 15, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Trung Chanh as member of BOD in the term 2020-2024 as from June 26, 2021.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh Tien was appointed as member of BOD in the term 2020-2024 as from June 26, 2021.

-          Mr. Phan Hoang Son was appointed as member of BOD in the term 2020-2024 as from June 26, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mrs. Pham Thi My Dung as member of BOS and Head of the BOS in the term 2020-2024 as from June 26, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tam as member of BOS in the term 2020-2024 as from June 26, 2021.

-          Mr. Le Danh Thu and Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Huyen were appointed as member of BOS in the term 2020-2024 as from June 26, 2021.
