CMX: Divestment at Camimex Hi-Tech

On June 25, 2021, Camimex Group Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the following issues:

Camimex Group Joint Stock Company has not yet made capital contribution to Camimex High Technology Joint Stock Company (Camimex Hi-Tech), so the Board of Directors of Camimex Group has agreed to transfer the right to contribute capital and not participate in Camimex Hi-Tech.
