  Cat Loi Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 27, 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approving to elect Mr. Chau Tuan as Chairman of the Board of directors cum the legal representative.

2)      Approving the assignment of work to the members of the Board of directors.

3)      Approving to pay for the 2020 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  June 14, 2021

-          Payment date: June 28, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share).
