The Board resolution dated June 23, 2021, the BOD of Bao Minh Securities Company approved the adjustment to the time to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Meeting time: July 22, 2021 (instead of June 29, 2021)

-          Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.
