ASP: ASP reminded for violations
On June 18, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.331/QD-SGDHCM to remind An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: ASP) in the entire stock market.
Reason: An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company has repeatedly violated the regulations on information disclosure at Article 14 of Circular No.96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
