The Board resolution dated April 29, 2021, the BOD of Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Manh Hung as Chairman of BOD as requested by him from May 01, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Vu Hai Vinh – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from May 01, 2021.
