VID: Implementing the plan for 2020 dividend payment The Board resolution dated May 26, 2021, the BOD of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved to implement the plan for 2020 dividend payment as follows:

- Number of shares issued: 30,880,070 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 30,880,070 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,632,010 shares
- Total value of issue (based on par value): VND46,320,100,000
- Charter capital after the issuance: VND355,120,800,000
- Issue rate: 15% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 264 shares. With 15% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 264*15/100 = 39.6 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 39 new shares and fractional shares of 0.6 will be cancelled.
- Expected execution time: Quarter III/2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
