TNH: Change of time of Annual General Meeting 2021

According to the Board resolution dated May 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company approved the change of time of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

1)      To cancel the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 28, 2021.

2)      To announce another record date for Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: June 07, 2021

-          Estimated meeting date: 8:30, June 30, 2021

-          Estimated meeting method: virtual meeting and e-voting

-          Estimated meeting venue: Meeting Room of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company, 328 Luong Ngoc Quyen, Dong Quang ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province.
