PVD: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

On May 07, 2021, Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation issued a decision to approve the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 14, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. The details will be informed later.
