PSH: Decreasing the ownership rate at subsidiary

The Baord resolution dated May 19, 2021, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved to decrease the ownership rate in Nam Song Hau Tran De Export Seafood Investment Company Limited from 75% down to 19%, equivalent to the decrease of capital from VND60,000,000,000 to VND15,200,000,000.
