The Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp on April 26, 2021 approved to transfer a part of Urban Investment Project in Area 9 of Nhon Hoi Eco-tourism Urban Area, Nhon Hoi Economic Area, as follows:

-          Transferee: Bidici Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 01 Ngo May, Nguyen Van Cu, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh.  

-          Transfer time: within 30 days from the decision dated April 23, 2021 by the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province.
