OGC: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company announces the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 28, 2021 at Floor 5th, Fafim Cinema, No.19 Nguyen Trai, Khuong Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time but no later than June 2021. The details will be informed later.
