3) Par value: VND10,000
4) Ex-right date: May 21, 2021
5) Record date: May 24, 2021
6) Purpose: to issue shares to raise the Company’s capital from the owner’s capital.
7) Detailed information:
- Estimated issue volume: 3,621,744 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
For example, if shareholder A owns 123 shares at the record date, he will receive: 123 * 100:15 = 18.45 new shares. However, after rounded down, the real number of shares he receives is 18 shares. The fractional part (0.45 share) will be cancelled.
