NHA: Board resolution on borrowing

According to the Board resolution dated April 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation (NHA) approved plans for borrowing capital from Ha Nam Branch of Sai Gon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank to invest in factories for rent in Hoa Mac ward, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province and BT Project connecting Hoa Mac and DH05 Street. Accordingly, the total loan will be VND30 billion.
