MWG: BOD resolution on holding AGM online

 On May 05, 2021, Mobile World Investment Corporation issued a decision to approve the following contents:

1)      Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. The Company will organize online the Annual General Meeting 2021 at 14:00, May 15, 2021.

2)      To extend the time to register account on the Company’s website “mwg.vn” to 17:00, May 15, 2021. Shareholders please register their accounts before 12:00, May 15, 2021.
