MSB: BOD resolution dated May 20, 2021

The Board resolution dated May 20, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the regulation for issuing shares under ESOP.

2)      Approving the issue price to employees with 10,000 dongs/share.

3)      Approving the expected issue time in June 2021 or July 2021, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
