MCP: BOD approved to postpone the holding of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated May 25, 2021, the BOD of My Chau Printing & Packaging Corporation approved the postponement to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on May 29, 2021 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

The time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 will be held until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
