HQC: Resolution on the AGM 2021 Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) announces the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 dated April 24, 2021 with the following contents:
1) Approving the report on the BOD in 2020.
2) Approving the business result in 2020:
- Revenue: 566.9 billion dongs
- Profit after tax: 9.6 billion dongs.
3) Approving the business plan in 2021:
- Revenue: 448 billion dongs
- Profit after tax: 50 billion dongs.
4) Approving the report from the Supervisory Board.
5) Approving the audited financial statements in 2020.
6) Approving the plan for 2020 profit distribution.
7) Approving the selection of one of the two auditors for the financial statements in 2021:
- A&C Auditing and Consulting Com Ltd;
- AFC Vietnam Auditing Com Ltd.
8) Approving the remuneration of BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021:
- In 2020: 95,956,141 dongs
- In 2021:
- BOD: 0.7% profit after tax
- Supervisory Board: 0.3% profit after tax.
9) Approving the transaction contracts with related parties.
10) Approving to amend and supplement its Charter.
11) Approving to amend and supplement Corporate Governance Regulation.
12) Approving the regulation on electronic voting.
13) Approving the list of members of Supervisory Board for the term 2020 – 2024:
- Mrs. Yu Tran Dan Phuong;
- Mrs. Phan Thi Kieu Oanh;
- Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy. HOSE
