HDC: Board resolution on stock dividend payment for 2020 Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.44/QD-HDQT dated May 06, 2021. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the stock dividend payment for 2020 as follows:

- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of issued shares: 66,515,837 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 66,515,837 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 16,628,959 shares
- Value of shares expected to be issued (based on par value): VND166,289,590,000
- Issue ratio: 25% on the outstanding volume
- Financial resource for the issue: the undistributed after-tax profit until 12/31/2020.
- Issue date: in Quarter II of 2021
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 301 shares. Shareholder A will receive: (301 x 25)/100 = 75.25 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 75 new shares. The fractional part (0.25) will be cancelled.
- The newly-issued shares will be deposited at the Vietnam Securities Depository and listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
