EVG: BOD resolution dated May 17, 2021 The Board resolution dated May 17, 2021, the BOD of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving to implement the plan for stock offering to existing shareholders according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 dated April 26, 2021.
2) Approving to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividends according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021 dated April 26, 2021.
3) Approivng the dossier of registration for the public offering:
- Application for the public offering;
- Report on the stock issuance for dividend payment;
- Prospectus;
- Minutes & Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2021;
- Prosposal No.14/2021/TTr-HĐQT-EVG dated April 05, 2021 by the Board of Directors regarding the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital;
- Prosposal No.10/2021/TTr-HĐQT-EVG dated April 05, 2021 by the Board of Directors regarding the plan for 2020 profit distribution and dividend payment;
- The Board resolution approved to implement the plan for stock offering to existing shareholders and the plan for stock issuance to pay dividends, the dossier of registration for the public offering;
- Financial statements of the company;
- Business Registration Certificate;
- Articles of Association;
- The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;
- Report on the use of capital from the public offering;
