DTT: BOD resolution dated May 03, 2021 The Board resolution dated May 03, 2021, the BOD of Do Thanh Technology Corporation approved the following issues:
1) Approving the reports to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders 2021:
- Audited financial statements in 2020.
- Report on the business result in 2020:
+ Net revenue: 157,400,773,971 dongs
+ Profit before tax: 10,153,140,154 dongs
+ Corporate income tax: 1,442,330,250 dongs
+ Profit after tax: 8,710,809,904 dongs.
- Report on the BOD activities for the term 2016-2020.
- Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020.
2) Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:
- Meeting time: expected from May 28, 2021 to June 15, 2021
- Meeting venue: Street 124, hamlet 12, Tan Thanh Dong Commune, Cu Chi, Hochiminh.
3) Approving the plan to pay first cash dividend for 2020:
- Payment rate: 700 dongs/share
- Time of implementation: July 20, 2021.
