-          Stock volume after the offering (estimated): VND100,000,000 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 1:5.25 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 5.25 new shares)

-          The rights should be transferred only once.
