-        Additional volume: 3,548,950 shares

-        Total additional value (at par value): VND35,489,500,000

-        Number shares after additional listing: 318,492,551 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND3,184,925,510,000

-        The effective date of the listing license: May 11, 2021

-        Reason for additional listing: issuing shares to swap the shares of DIC Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company under the merger plan.
