CEE: Board approves an agreement with CII

On May 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of CII Engineering and Construction JSC (HOSE: CEE) approved transactions between CEE and Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII). Accordingly, CII will have responsibilities to prepare financial resources so that CEE can implement the construction of Trung Luong – My Thuan Highway Project – Phase 1 under BOT with a maximum balance of 320,000,000,000 dongs.
