C47: Board resolution on collecting shareholders’ written opinions

Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (stock code: C47) will collect shareholders’ written opinions to vote for the adjustment of the plan for paying the 2020 dividend in stock and issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s capital (increasing the bonus ratio to 10%).
