APSC: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

According to the Board resolution dated May 14, 2021, the Board of Directors of Alpha Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the distribution of unsold shares:

-          Distributed volume: 29,520 shares

-          Total vaule: VND 295,200,000.

1.  Approving to continue the distribution of unsold shares to Ha Thai Son

-          Number of shares to continue to be distributed: 29,520 shares

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.
