VRE: Establishing Internal Audit Board

The Board resolution dated April 02, 2021, the BOD of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Le Thi Thu Huong as Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company.

3)      Approving to appoint of Mr. Pham Hoang Viet as member of Internal Audit Board of the Company.

4)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Nguyen Bao Hanh as member of Internal Audit Board of the Company.
