The Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to elect Ms. Phan Thi Hong Van as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the term from 2021 to 2025 effective from April 27, 2021; and elect Ms. Ho Thi Phuong Thao and Mr. Vu Viet Ban as Independent Member of the Board of Directors for the term from 2021 to 2025.
