Truong Thanh Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company received the decision of the Taxation Department of Yen Bai Province dated April 06, 2021 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: 256,539,332 dongs

-          Tax arrears: 1,282,696,658 dongs

-          Late payment: 237,231,425 dongs.
