SVC: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated April 19, 2021, the BOD of Saigon General Service Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders but no later than June 30, 2021.

2)      Approving the cancellation of record date (March 19, 2021) to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
