The Board resolution dated April 24, 2021, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Loan as Chairman of BOD for the term 2021-2025 from April 23, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Ngoc Y Nhi as Deputy Chairman of BOD for the term 2021-2025 from April 23, 2021.
