RIC: RIC still in the supervision status

On March 31, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2020 audited financial statements from Royal International Corporation. Accordingly, the after-tax profit of the Company in 2020 was -81.54 billion dongs and the undistributed profit after tax at December 31, 2020 was -309.83 billion dongs. Therefore, the Company has not overcome the causes making the stock under the supervision.

HOSE will remain the supervision status for RIC shares and will consider solutions for RIC shares after having the reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2021.
