RAL: The record date for the 2021 AGM and dividend payment

On April 09, 2021, HOSE announces the record date for the 2021 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company:

-          Ex-right date: April 13, 2021 

-          Record date: April 14, 2021

 The payment for the second phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

Payment date:                          April 26, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company as from April 26, 2021.
