PXI: PXI still in the supervision status On March 31, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.90/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock PXI of Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company under the supervision status because the auditor gave except-for opinions on the 2012 financial statements leading the Company’s profit to be negative. Besides, PXI’s after-tax profit in the 2016 audited financial statements was -14,534,040,215 dongs.
On March 29, 2021, HOSE received the 2020 audited financial statements from PXI. Accordingly, the after-tax profit was -50 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at December 31, 2020 was -93.5 billion dongs. At the same time, in the audited financial statements, there are still except-for opinions from previous years, affecting the business results of the Company.
Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PXI. HOSE
