PTC: PTC still in the supervision status

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a decision to change PTC shares of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from the warning status to the supervision status from October 05, 2018.

After receiving the 2020 audited consolidated financial statements from PTC, HOSE issued an document to maintain the supervision status for PTC shares and will consider solutions for PTC shares after having the reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2021.

Reason: The listed firm has not solved the auditor’s except-for opinions on PTC’s audited financial statements, although they had profits in 2020.
