NVT: Member of BOD resignation

On April 05, 2021, Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company received the Resignation Letter of Mr. Ikhwan Primanda to resign from the position of member of BOD. Accordingly, based on the company’s charter, Mr. Ikhwan Primanda is no longer a member of BOD of the Company from the receiving date of the Resignation Letter.
