NHA: Board resolution on borrowing

According to the Board resolution dated April 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation (NHA) approved plans for borrowing capital from Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam – Ha Nam Branch to invest in Hotel – Trade Center – Supermarket Complex Project in Trac Van commune, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. Accordingly, the total loan will be VND60 billion.
