NAF: Allowed to delay the disclosure of financial statements

Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: NAF) has received an official document dated March 29, 2021 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of the 2020 audited financial statements of NAF:

-          For the annual audited  financial statements: within 100 days from the ending day of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
