HVX: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated April 14, 2021, the BOD of Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company approved the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021. Accordingly, the company will expect to be held the Annual General Meeting on May 2021.
