HTV: Postponement of Annual General Meeting 2021

On April 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) decided to delay the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until May 2021 or June 2021 in order to better prepare documents for the Meeting.

The list of shareholders on the record date of March 11, 2021 will be cancelled.
