HTI: Board resolution on holding annual general meeting

The Board of Directors of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting date: 8:00, April 27, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Tan Son Nhat Pavillon, 202 Hoang Van Thu, ward 9, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC.

The Board of Directors will submit the resignation of a Board member to the Annual General Meeting for approval.
