HPX: Board Resolution No.09

According to the Board Resolution dated April 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment JSC allowed the Company to use its assets to borrow capital from banks. The Board of Directors assigns and authorizes Mr. Do Quy Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors, to decide the issues related to collateral and sign documents.
