GMC: GMC allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2021

On March 30, 2021, the Department of Planning and Investment of HCM city issued a document allowing Garmex Saigon Corporation to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2021 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
