FPTS: BOD resolution dated April 22, 2021

The Board resolution dated April 22, 2021, the BOD of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business result in Quarter 1/2021 and business plan in Quarter 2/2021.

2)      Approving the implementation of cash dividend payment and stock issuance to raise its capital from the owner’s equity in 2020 approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

3)      Approving the implementation of stock issuance under ESOP in 2021 approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

4)      Approving the transfer of stock transaction from the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) after HOSE's trading system improves.
