FLC: Board approves the dossier on public offering

The Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved to implement the public offering to the existing shareholders in order to increase its charter capital. The Board adopted the dossier on public offering and assigned the CEO to sign relevant legal procedures.
