-          Mr. Pham Quoc Hung was appointed as Deputy CEO in charge of urban infrastructure investment as from April 05, 2021.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Quoc Hung as Deputy CEO in charge of energy investment as from April 05, 2021.
